Good news: In an effort to offer you more variety and more clinical relevance, DavisPTnetwork currently has over 100 contact hours approved, and we're pleased to provide an update about our course approvals, which we continue to pursue in all states that require continuing education (or continuing competency).

Currently, our courses are approved in all of the following states:

• AK, AL, CA, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, LA, KS, KY, MD, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV
  Note: Before you take a course, be sure to check that your state is listed to make sure that our newest courses have been through the approval process there.
• In addition to the above, our applications are pending in the following states: ID, NY*

Don't Miss Your Upcoming License Renewals:
The following states' licensing renewal deadlines are on December 31, 2009:

• Georgia
• Idaho
• Kansas
• Louisiana
• Minnesota
• West Virginia

Be sure to visit your state's web site to learn of any changes that affect you.

* New York started requiring continuing education for physical therapists in September 2009, and all paperwork is pending there. Physical therapists will need to earn 36 contact hours within the 3-year period ending in September 2012.
