Biography:
Dr. McCulloch is Dean of the School of Allied Health Professions at LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA. In addition to his administrative duties, he teaches principles of wound management to students in the doctor of physical therapy and doctor of medicine degree programs. He is involved in clinical research in the management of chronic lower extremity vascular and diabetic ulcers and maintains an active clinical practice.
Dr. McCulloch presently serves on the Board of Directors of the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care and the American Academy of Wound Management. He is co-editor of the text Wound Healing: Alternatives in Management, 3rd edition and is currently editing the 4th edition. In 2002, Dr. McCulloch was honored as a Catherine Worthingham Fellow of the American Physical Therapy Association.
