Biography:
Charles D. Ciccone is Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY. Dr. Ciccone's primary teaching responsibilities are in the areas of physiology, biomechanics, pharmacology, and biostatistics. His research focuses on the ways that pharmacology can impact physical rehabilitation, and the clinical implications of prescription and over-the-counter drug use in patients receiving physical therapy.
Dr. Ciccone is currently a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the American College of Sports Medicine. He also serves as an Editorial Board member and editor -- Continuing Education and Reviews for Physical Therapy (Journal of the American Physical Therapy Association), and as a member of the Editorial Advisory Group of PT Magazine.
