Refund Policy
In the unlikely event DavisPTnetwork experiences circumstances, which render the online coursework or post test unavailable or inaccessible to the participant for a significant period of time, the participant is eligible to choose one of the following:
- The participant may choose an extension of the date to submit the post test, which equals the time in which the course was inaccessible.
- The participant may choose a replacement course at no additional cost.
- The participant may receive a refund if a written request is e-mailed or faxed to DavisPTnetwork within 30 days of purchase.
As all continuing education coursework provided by DavisPTnetwork is web based, cancellations per se are not applicable.
